Wanderlust

If there was a city where I would feel so at place, it would be Paris. The kind of freedom I had experienced over there is indescribable, something that truly felt la vie Parisienne. I feel that it will always be that city that never bores me no matter how many times I visit her.

Whenever I think of traveling and Paris, I think of Louis Vuitton.
Truth be told, I never felt like I was at that sophisticated level where I could boast around with an LV bag dangling on my arm at a young age – for which I am very, very glad. I still don't, if you must ask.
But now that I'm older, I would daydream about packing my bags in style and just leave The Netherlands. I am homebody at heart, but when it comes to traveling I definitely would not mind getting lost in foreign places (unless it's like – life threatening. Don't take stupid risks and be that person in the news). To me, Louis Vuitton embodies that spirit of traveling, whether you are a busy person or just a lazy animal such as yours truly.

Paris holds so many happy and less-than-stellar memories for me, but I would love to go back and just...chill. Dress like an over the top Audrey Hepburn and grab a cup of tea and a big chunk of croissant at the local bistro and sit outside, observing the daily life and people. Spend an entire week at the Louvre, because I never had the chance to finish it all in one stay, and I couldn't possibly leave this world without having marveled at the world's finest art collection. Finally buy that damn pineapple LadureĆ© macaron box and barf because I'm obviously not that much of a sweet tooth as I used to be. And then ride the merry-go-round near the Eiffel Tower, and continue to feel sick. But fulfilled and happy.

That would be an amazing.
